How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver immediately available items within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately, we do not offer any express delivery services.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in multiple ways:
- email from ABOUT YOU On the day of shipment, you will receive an email from AY with shipment confirmation and a link to track your shipment, displayed on a green background. Currently, the link will be active only when the package is scanned at the Irish courier branch. Due to the extended delivery time in the current period, the link may display information about the shipment up to several days after the order.

Your e-mail address is used by our logistics partners solely to notify you about your shipment.

How can I check whether I have placed my order correctly?

If you would like to check whether your order has been placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us per email.
Your orders are also listed in your customer account and can be found under »orders«.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free deliveries for orders from € 24.90, otherwise shipping & services fees of € 3.90 apply.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

In case an item that has been delivered by us does not match your expectation in any way, you can return it free of charge by using the return slip, stating the reason for return. All the relevant information regarding returns can be found under »How do I return an item?«. We will return the order value through the same payment method that the order was paid with as soon as the package has arrived and been examined.

What is a partial delivery?

It is important for us to ensure that the items you order arrive as quickly as possible. In the rare event that an item is unavailable for two days, we can ship your order in partial deliveries.

In this case, items are shipped separately. By taking this measure, we ensure that you receive the available products as soon as possible.

Which delivery companies do you work with?

In Ireland our items are shipped in collaboration with our shipping partner Fastway.

Question 8

Can my shipping address differ from my billing address?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address that differs from your billing address, e.g. to your workplace or a parcel shop. Simply choose your preferred payment option and enter the desired delivery address at »delivery address«.

If you chose a parcel shop for delivery, our delivery partner Fastway will send you a pick up code via text message before the arrival date. You will have to tell that code at the parcel shop in order to receive your package.

Can I change my delivery address after completing an order?

Accepted Answer

We hope you understand that we are not able to change your ABOUT YOU delivery address for an already completed order. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a timely change of information. In the event that your registered shipping address cannot be located or that your package cannot be delivered, the package will be sent back to us. After the package has been returned and checked, the respective credit will be transferred via the chosen method of payment.

Question 10

Can I have my package delivered to a parcel shop?

Accepted Answer

For a large variety of items, you are able to choose a parcel shop that accepts Fastway packages instead of a private delivery address. You will receive a code via text message from Fastway in the days running up to the delivery date. In order to pick up your package from the parcel shop, you will need to say this code.

Some articles are excluded from this selection. Any such exclusions are displayed.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

Orders via aboutyou.ie can only be delivered within the Republic of Ireland. ABOUT YOU is now also represented in Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Italy, Spain and Hungary. Orders in these online shops can also only be delivered to the respective countries.

Articles in our category Second Love can currently only be delivered to shipping addresses in Germany.

Question 12

What effect will Brexit have on my order?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry - we've prepared for Brexit and any impacts it may have, but unfortunately shipping delays may occur. We will communicate this to you as soon as possible.
As our items are being shipped from our German warehouse, you do not have to pay any import or customs fees. There will also be no changes to the returns process.
