If you are located in Ireland and you do not see the ABOUT YOU APP, this is mostly the case if your Appstore or Google Playstore setup isn't configured to your actual country. You may check the following sites:

If you are located outside of Ireland, in one of the countries where ABOUT YOU operates (ie Germany), you can download the APP ABOUT YOU Germany. In the APP Settings you can adjust your country & the language.
If you are located outside of Ireland, in the country where ABOUT YOU does not operate, then unfortunately the ABOUT YOU APP will be unavailable.

How do I find the right size or fit?

Since sizes and measurements differ across brands, it can be hard to find the right size or fit. To make this easier, ABOUT YOU offers the 'Size advisor' tool and some tips, which you can find below.

Shop by fit

Check out our "shop by fit" filter to sort for clothes by fit! Feel free to choose from maturnity, plus size or petite.

In the app we offer a size chart in the product description and instructions on how to take your body measurements. By following this size chart, it's easy to find the right size!

Size advisor

For some items, you can see what size we suggest based on your indicated measurements, your most recent purchases and returns, and even the specific sizes selected for each brand.

By clicking on 'Size advisor', you will be asked to indicate your height, weight, body measurements and the sizes you wear from your favourite brands. Based on this, the tool will automatically recommend the best size for your chosen product.

Our recommendations are private and displayed only to you.

How can I activate cookies?

The activation of cookies varies according to the browser:

Google Chrome

Open the menu of the browser and click on »settings«. Right below the headline »Privacy«, you will find the button »Content settings«. Activate the setting »Allow local data to be saved« under »Cookies« (recommended). Close the window and refresh the page.

Internet Explorer 9-11

Open the menu of the browser (cog wheel) and access »Internet options«. Click on the »Privacy« tab and then under Settings, move the slider down to allow all cookies. Click on »OK« in order to close the »Settings window«. Now refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

Open the menu of the browser (»Firefox« button) and select »Settings«. Go to the section »Data privacy«. Set the selection list next to »Firefox turns timeline:« to »create according to customised settings«. Check »Accept cookies« in order to allow cookies and select the option »keep until:« and »they are no longer valid:«. click on »OK« in order to close the »Settings« window. Now refresh the page.

Apple Safari

Open the menu of the browser (cog wheel) and choose »Settings...«. Go to the »Data privacy« section and select the setting »Never« under »Block cookies«. Close the window and refresh the page.

In case an item that has been delivered by us does not match your expectation, you can return it free of charge by using the return slip and stating the reason for return. We will return the order value through the same payment method that the order was paid with as soon as the package has arrived and been examined.
