My voucher code doesn't work

There are several reasons why your voucher might not work:
-the voucher has already been used in another order,
- you tried to use a voucher from another customer account,
- you have not respected the minimum/maximum order value valid for that voucher,
- the voucher is not valid for certain brands in your order,
- the voucher may not be combined with other vouchers or discounts.
