Change of address

A change is not possible after the order.

However, these two options are available:

1. You can contact your selected shipping partner and try to redirect your package. Here it depends on the timing: There is only a certain amount of time where changes can still be made.

2. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. We will check the shipment and it will be credited to you.
